How the Monthly SEO + Website Management service works:
Initial Consultation: we start with an in-depth consultation to understand your business goals, current website status, and SEO needs.
Customised Strategy: Based on the initial analysis, we create a tailored plan that includes specific actions to optimize your website and boost SEO.
Ongoing Support: Each month, we execute the agreed-upon tasks, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Regular Communication: I provide regular updates and am available for any questions or additional support, ensuring you’re always informed and confident in the process.
Content Strategy & Updates: Regularly updated websites get search ranking love from Google. So this could include creating and/or optimising website, email content, blog posts, service pages, product descriptions and about pages.
SEO Optimisation: Ongoing keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking to improve search engine rankings.
Monthly Maintenance + Technical Support: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise, ensuring your site remains functional and fast. Note: highly technical issues will be redirected to a web developer.
Monthly Reporting: Detailed monthly reports on website performance, SEO progress, and recommendations for further improvements.
Minimum period: A 3-month lock-in minimum term is required first up. Then you can cancel at anytime during the month, with the full monthly amount to be paid. Invoices are sent mid-month for payment and work for the following month.

To provide the most accurate and comprehensive audit we will need access to:
Google Analytics: to analyse your traffic patterns and user behaviour
Google Search Console: to identify any crawl errors, security issues and indexing problems.
Optional Extra Website CMS: to execute the strategy including page and content optimisation, navigation updates, image optimisation.

From $500/month, minimum term 3 months.
This typically includes for example implementing SEO strategy (from SEO Audit + Strategy service); keyword research; content creation and updates; website management; and reporting. The depth of services can be adjusted to suit business goals, i.e. faster results require more depth of services.

Based on the initial analysis, I'll create a tailored plan that includes the first 3 months of specific actions to optimise your website and boost SEO, plus all the nitty gritty including investment amount.
Once the invoice has been processed, I will need admin access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console, as well as your CMS and any other software platforms we will be using.
I get to work (play) so you can do what you do best - running your business. Each month I execute the agreed-upon tasks, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure we get the Google love from continually showing up.
I provide regular updates and you have me on speed-dial for additional questions or support.
Minimum timeframe: SEO is a long-term investment and the strategies can take time to both complete and to see progress. That said, if you do not see value in my work after 3 months, you are free to cancel anytime*.
* Please note, you will need to give notice during the current calendar month, to ensure no additional work has been completed. The full invoice amount for that month will be retained if an immediate cessation is requested.
what’s next?
Depending on the scope of services and size of your website and business, this arrangement can be ongoing or for chunks of time. For example, if you want to level up your website and get all the things under control, that could look like a 12-month timeframe, after which time you can take the reins and go hard.
If you want to hold the reins, but not all the time, then we could look at an as needed content strategy and SEO writing service to ensure your website is getting the Google love it desperately craves as well as the audience love your bank balance desperately wants.
